Root Chakra Ritual

Root Chakra Ritual

Run a bath with a dash of Root Chakra Body Oil. You may add salts and red flowers if you wish or take shower using Root Chakra Body Soap. Focus on your root chakra visualizing the color red and the root chakra yantra entering from the heart of Gaia into your feet, up through your legs, and taking a beaming red light seat within your root chakra. Breath in ever so slow into your root chakra holding muladhara bandha (lifting the pelvic floor and contracting the anus, inner, and outer yoni). As you exhale ever so slow, vocalize LAMMMMMMM release muladhara bandha. Also release anything not serving you.

Do this as long as you need. Once you feel clear and grounded, dry off, and get dress (you may choose to remain naked)

Reminder: please be mindful, respectful, and conservative with the running water (showering) and always remember to ask permission before any ritual.

You may go outside and make direct contact with mama earth or you may do this part of ritual inside facing east. If it’s evening face west.

Set Your Intention

Here are some ideas of things that you may want to focus on:

•Trust in yourself- your inner wisdom

•Releasing fear- covid, taking a big step into something new, death itself, not finding love

•Creating personal balance (feminine & masculine within yourself)

•Letting go of old family programs or what no longer serves you

•Cultivating a sense of feeling grounded- calling yourself back into your body- into your now

1-3 sun salutations - this will help you tap into that sense of inner strength and connection with the earth. (Shhhh... your planets, spiritual team & ancestors too)

Take your Rooted Heart Offerings and make root chakra yantra on ground. As you sprinkle the Rooted Heart Offerings to ground, fill it with your intentions. After yantra is done, Take a moment to study your toes

•The first toe represents the Ether element or destiny toe.

•The second toe is known as the Air toe or the communication toe.

•The middle toe is the Fire toe – the ‘just to do it,’ or not, toe.

•The fourth toe is the Water toe, capturing Relationship stories.

•The little toe is the Earth toe, revealing, on the left – trust, and on the right – prosperity and abundance factors.

Apply Red Alta using a cotton ball or q-tip starting with first toe mark- your destiny, the second toe mark- speaking of it, the middle toe mark- see it done, the fourth toe mark- feel it as a way of being, the little toe mark -it as is,

and then offer yourself

Do Malasana(pose) over your root chakra yantra (fill pose with intention)

Malasana

This pose brings you close to the earth, and helps calm the mind and spirit while strengthening the lower back and ankles as well as opening the hips.

Our feet are our roots, and through the feet we feel the energy of the earth. To awaken the fascia of the soles of your feet, gently tuck your toes under as you rest on your knees (a block or bolster can be used to sit on if needed).

Have a seat on root chakra yantra and begin fire ceremony (hawan) with the remaining Rooted Heart Offerings. 108 LAM each time you LAM throw a little of  the Rooted Heart Offerings to fire saying SWAHA

Note: camphor gets hawan going and ghee keeps it lit

Please do not eat meat a couple of days before and after this ritual.

This Tantrik Ritual clears rooted booglalus that is no longer needed  and leaves you grounded to master and call in your intention (life).

Shungite, & Red Jasper Heart is to remind you of that.
